Formación

• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your state or willing to obtain (training provided).
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years post-high-school work experience, including sales or athletic background if near completion.

Responsabilidades

• Use Salesforce CRM to curate leads and expand your professional network within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs and present options.
• Visit local businesses to build relationships and service clients.
• Develop and manage your own client portfolio and work with team to hit targets.
• Collaborate with your sales manager to set monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Plan weekly schedule and seek approval from your manager.
• Record daily activity and sales updates at day end.
