Talent Edge Recruiting is seeking an entry-level Group Insurance Sales Trainee in West Caldwell, NJ. No insurance license required.

You will learn to sell group health insurance and employee benefits, prospect for new clients, and build a personal book of business under direct mentorship. This on-site role offers a base salary plus commission with uncapped earning potential (up to $105,000+ OTE), a structured training program, two weeks of PTO, paid federal holidays, and 401(k) eligibility after

Entry-Level Group Insurance Sales Trainee | West Caldwell, NJ

My client, an independent insurance brokerage, is looking for an ambitious, entrepreneurial individual who is eager to learn the insurance industry, build relationships, and develop a long‑term career in group health insurance and employee benefits.

• Base + Commission (up to $105,000+ OTE!!)
• Uncapped earning potential - commission focused
• Opportunity to earn ongoing renewal commissions as eligible client accounts renew, allowing you to build a book of business that can generate income year after year
• On-site in West Caldwell, NJ
• Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5 PM
• Direct training and mentorship from the owner
