You will use Salesforce CRM to generate leads, schedule meetings, and deliver presentations. The role includes weekly draw pay plus commissions, bonuses, and renewal incentives, with benefits after 60 days and relocation/ licensing support as needed.

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willing to obtain; study course provided at no cost and license fees reimbursed).
• Bachelor's degree or minimum 4 years post-high school work experience or related sales/athletic background will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand clients' insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with the sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses and develop relationships with local owners and referral leads.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to the manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity.
