We provide comprehensive classroom and field training, ongoing support for newcomers and seasoned professionals, and a path to build connections with business owners, HR heads, and key decision-makers.

You will learn to present solutions, deliver presentations, and grow a client portfolio while collaborating with a sales team.

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain).
• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience (candidates near degree completion or with relevant sales/athletic background considered).

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs.
• Visit new businesses and develop relationships with owners.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate to set monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Plan and adhere to weekly schedule and submit it to manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
