Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC seeks an entry-level supplemental insurance sales professional in Utah. You will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to develop skills in client outreach, presentations, and relationship-building with business owners and HR leaders.

You will work with Salesforce CRM to build a client portfolio, respond to inquiries, schedule meetings, and meet targets with a team. Travel to local businesses is required as you grow your network.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to obtain pre-employment background check
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation required
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state or willing to obtain (training provided)
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience considered

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or text
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs
• Attend calls/meetings with sales manager and team
• Visit new businesses and build relationships with local owners
• Develop and manage your own client portfolio
• Collaborate to set monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to the sales manager
• Record daily work stats and sales activity
