Qualifications

Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willing to obtain).
Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience (or near completion).

Responsibilities

Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within territory.
Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
Visit new businesses, build relationships with local owners, and re-service clients.
Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
Collaborate with sales manager to set monthly/quarterly targets.
Plan weekly schedule and submit to manager.
Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
