Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking a motivated, entry-level supplemental insurance sales professional. We provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you build relationships with business owners, HR leaders, and key decision-makers while delivering valuable coverage.

You will use our Salesforce CRM to manage leads, schedule meetings, and grow your client portfolio with coaching from the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Willingness to obtain Health & Life Insurance Producer license if not already licensed. (License reimbursement available)

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses and develop relationships with local owners.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with sales team to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity.
