Alleviation is seeking an entry-level Insurance Sales Representative to learn the industry while developing sales and customer service skills. You will prospect, contact, and meet with potential clients to discuss their needs and present tailored coverage options in a fast-paced environment.

The role rewards self-motivation, strong communication, and the ability to work with local business owners. A valid driver’s license, background check, and an active Health & Life Insurance Producer license

Qualifications

• Background check required before employment.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willing to obtain).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school experience; degree timeline considered.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to discuss insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit local businesses, build relationships with owners, and re-service clients.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Set monthly and quarterly sales targets with your sales manager.
• Plan and adhere to weekly schedule; submit it to your manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
