• Requires a Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of work experience in sales or related field.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Willing to obtain Health & Life Producer license; study course provided and fees reimbursed.
• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, contact, and meet potential clients to discuss insurance needs.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and build your client portfolio.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text; schedule meetings.
• Visit local businesses to develop relationships and follow up on referrals.
• Set personal sales targets with your manager and manage weekly schedule.
