Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC seeks an entry-level supplemental insurance salesperson to join its growing team in the United States. You will receive comprehensive training, ongoing support, and coaching while building a portfolio of individual and group client accounts.

You will cultivate relationships with business owners and HR leaders, deliver presentations, and drive growth through proactive prospecting and service. A license is required or pledged to obtain with provided study support.

Qualifications

• Background check required.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Resident-state Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain (training provided).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to generate leads and grow your client network.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs and present solutions.
• Attend calls/meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with owners, and service existing clients.
• Develop and manage your own client portfolio.
• Set monthly/quarterly sales targets with your team manager.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it for approval; track daily activity.
