Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an entry-level supplemental insurance sales representative. You will receive training, develop client relationships with business owners and HR leaders, and gain practical experience delivering individual and group presentations.

Responsibilities include using Salesforce CRM to generate leads, scheduling client meetings, visiting businesses, and working with your team to meet sales targets. No prior experience required; passion and persistence matter.

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain (training provided).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; relevant sales or athletic background accepted.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and grow your client network in your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email or text as needed.
• Schedule meetings to understand client insurance needs and present solutions.
• Attend calls and meetings with your sales manager and team.
• Visit local businesses, build relationships with owners, follow up on referrals, and re-service clients.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio and hit targets with team support.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to your manager; track daily sales activity.
