You will operate in a fast-paced environment with coaching and training, using Salesforce to manage leads, build relationships, and grow your personal client portfolio.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment background check required.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license (or willing to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build client network.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs and present options.
• Visit local businesses to develop relationships and expand client base.
• Maintain your own client portfolio and meet sales targets.
• Record daily sales activity and performance metrics.
