Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willing to obtain; study course provided and licensing fees reimbursement).
• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience; relevance in sales or athletic background considered.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and grow your professional network in your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text as needed.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Personally visit new businesses and build relationships with local owners; follow up on referrals.
• Develop and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Set monthly and quarterly sales targets with the sales manager.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it for approval; record daily sales activity.
