Circle Logistics, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist/Customer Operations role to support communications and connect Sales, Brokers, Operations, Customers, and Carriers for each shipment.

The position emphasizes building a personal book of business, earning through salary plus commission, and thriving in a fast-paced B2B environment. On-site training and opportunities for advancement are provided.

• Generate and identify new sales opportunities through research and analysis.

• Match customer demand with quotes for freight-related inquiries.
• Build strategies to increase sales and strengthen carrier partnerships.
• Maintain accurate information in company systems.
• Organize and manage daily shipments to ensure no-fail delivery.
• Collaborate on pricing strategy and account implementation.
• Review activities with management and plan accordingly.
• Research carrier equipment and match it with customer requirements.
• Communicate effectively internally and externally.
