Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain, develop, and grow customer accounts via face-to-face and virtual communication.
• Serve as primary contact for customers and address issues with the assigned base.
• Manage accounts and build relationships to expand opportunities.
• Identify customer needs and provide mutually beneficial product/service solutions.
• Generate new business and drive repeat business through customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure terms of agreements are followed.
• Provide quotations and negotiate pricing under guidelines.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and contribute to continuous improvement.
