Job summary

Bronco Wine Company is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic 1 in Ceres, CA to support safe and reliable operation of facility and process equipment. The role involves routine PMs, inspections, and basic repairs under supervision, with opportunities to learn refrigeration and utility systems, including NH3 awareness and safety practices.

Candidate should have a high school diploma, be willing to learn mechanical and electrical concepts, and have basic forklift experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Willingness to learn refrigeration, utilities, mechanical, electrical, and controls systems.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Maintenance trade school or related technical education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine lubrication, preventative maintenance, inspections, basic repairs, adjustments, and equipment installations under supervision.
• Develop foundational skills in mechanical, electrical, controls, refrigeration, and facility utility systems.
• Maintain facility and process equipment using PMs and work orders.
• Assist with basic troubleshooting and maintenance of refrigeration and utility equipment.
• Operate a forklift as needed to move parts, materials, equipment, and trash.
