Job summary

Bronco Wine Company in California's Central Valley is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic 1 to support safe, reliable operation of facility and process equipment. You will perform routine lubrication, preventative maintenance, inspections, basic repairs, and installations under supervision.

You will develop foundational skills in mechanical, electrical, controls, refrigeration, and facility utility systems. The role offers hands-on growth with progression to higher-level maintenance classifications,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous mechanical, industrial, manufacturing experience preferred.
• Willingness and ability to learn refrigeration, utilities, mechanical, electrical, and controls systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility and process equipment using proper maintenance techniques and PM intervals.
• Perform assigned preventative maintenance, inspections, lubrication, and repairs through PMs and work orders.
• Complete assigned work, PMs, and work orders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Make basic mechanical repairs and adjustments under supervision.
• Assist with repair, rebuilding, installation, and maintenance of equipment in shop and plant environments.
• Develop basic working knowledge of pumps, gearboxes, motors, bearings, pneumatic systems, valves and other process equipment.
