Job summary

Bronco Wine Company seeks a highly skilled Maintenance Mechanic 3 to support its winery operations in California. This advanced role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and improving processing equipment, utility systems, and critical plant infrastructure.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of industrial maintenance experience, with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, including ammonia refrigeration, HVAC/R, and control systems.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
Advanced mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting in a manufacturing or winery setting.
Experience with electrical systems: motors, controls, VFDs and instrumentation.
Experience with ammonia refrigeration and related utilities is preferred.
Strong ability to read schematics, P&IDs, and manuals.

Responsibilities

Operate, diagnose, repair ammonia refrigeration, SO2, boiler and utilities at an advanced level.
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production equipment and conveyors.
Troubleshoot electrical systems from 24V to 480V and repair related components.
Repair and maintain PLCs, sensors, and industrial automation devices.
Provide mentorship to Mechanics 1 and 2 and support maintenance leadership.
