Service Experts LLC is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician I in Houston, TX. The role involves performing routine HVAC maintenance on heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems under supervision, with duties including call handling, parts delivery, and customer interaction.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma or GED with HVAC training, EPA/safety certifications, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED with HVAC training is preferred.
EPA and safety certifications are required for this role.
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record may be required.

Responsibilities

Perform routine HVAC maintenance and tune-ups on heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems.
Inspect equipment to identify potential problems and prevent breakdowns or callbacks.
Assist the Service Technician and deliver parts and equipment needed to complete service work.
Record all required information on a handheld device and complete forms accurately.
Communicate with dispatch to provide a status update while on duty.
Promote products and services and relay replacement leads to Sales as appropriate.
Maintain company property, vehicles and tools in good condition and properly accounted for.
Represent the company professionally in all business matters and activities.
