Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician I to assist with routine HVAC maintenance calls under supervision. The role focuses on precise tune-ups, diagnostics, customer interactions, and documentation.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and basic HVAC knowledge, plus EPA/safety certifications. Travel between sites may be required, with on-call shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with basic HVAC training or certification.
• 0–2 years of HVAC experience preferred but entry-level acceptable.
• EPA and safety certifications required or pursued.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems under general supervision.
• Inspect equipment and perform limited diagnostics to prevent issues.
• Record service details on handheld device and document paperwork.
• Assist Service Technician and communicate with dispatch for status updates.
• Deliver excellent customer service and promote products and services.
