Job summary

SPX Technologies, Inc. is seeking an assembler to join the HVAC/industrial division. The role involves assembling metal parts on the shop floor, fastening components with bolts and screws, and operating drills and impact wrenches to produce units that pass final inspection.

The candidate should have a high school diploma or GED and the ability to read and follow controlled documents, enabling efficient and accurate workmanship in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work on the shop floor assembling metal parts.
• Able to follow controlled documents.

Responsibilities

• Position parts according to knowledge of unit being assembled or controlled documents.
• Fasten parts together with bolts, screws, or other fasteners.
• Operate drills, hand/air impact wrenches, and hand tools.
• Produce a completed unit capable of passing final inspection.
• Other duties as assigned.
