Job summary

SPX Technologies within SPX Cooling Technologies is seeking an assembly technician to build metal products on the shop floor. You will follow controlled documents and use drills, wrenches, and hand tools to assemble complete units that meet quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Able to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.
• Able to write simple correspondence and perform basic math operations.

Responsibilities

• Position parts according to unit or controlled documents.
• Fasten parts with bolts, screws, or fasteners.
• Operate drills, impact wrenches, and hand tools.
• Produce a completed unit that passes final inspection.
• Other duties as assigned.
