Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant customer service or clerical experience preferred.
• Ability to perform basic math and compose simple correspondence.
• Experience with data entry, records management, and document filing.

Responsibilities

• Interviews clients and takes applications for services or benefits.
• Documents files, inputs data, prepares and maintains records.
• Prepares periodic and other reports; verifies accuracy of reports.
• Mails vendor invoices and other correspondence; assists in clerical tasks.
