    1. Support the HR Manager in addressing employee concerns, documenting performance issues, and administering disciplinary processes in a professional and fair manner.
    2. Act as a resource for employees seeking guidance on workplace policies and procedures.
  4. Workplace Environment and Culture Development:
    1. Promote a culture of betterment by supporting programs that encourage professional growth, continuous learning, and team collaboration.
    2. Assist with implementing initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and engagement.

  • Must be able to reliably commute for this on-site position, as it is exclusively in-person with no remote or hybrid options.
  • Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, OR at least 1 year of experience in HR or a related field, OR an HR-related certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • A passion for creating positive employee experiences and fostering personal and professional development.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Familiarity with basic HR functions, such as recruiting, employee relations, or event planning, is a plus but not required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR systems or tools.
    • Comfort with learning new technologies and processes to support team success.
