Entry Level Healthcare Recruitment Specialist

This role offers a salary range of $58,000 to $80,000 per year, based on skills and experience. The position is full-time, entry-level within the Human Resources field, and involves staffing and recruiting in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities
  1. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals (RNs, LPNs, MAs, etc.) seeking temporary work opportunities.
  2. Conduct interviews and screenings to ensure candidates meet client needs and qualifications.
  3. Coordinate all steps of the recruitment process, from scheduling interviews to successful placement.
  4. Collaborate with credentialing and compliance teams to ensure onboarding and regulatory standards are met.
  5. Maintain positive relationships with temporary staff, managing payroll, attendance, and benefits.
  6. Address issues or conflicts during assignments, ensuring smooth communication between candidates and clients.
Requirements
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage a high volume of tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS Word (required) and Excel (preferred).
  • Must be based within commuting distance to Long Island office, as regular on-site presence is required.
