American Games in Council Bluffs, IA is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support daily recruiting and onboarding for two manufacturing facilities. You will work closely with the Recruitment Specialist and hiring managers to move processes from job posting through new hire onboarding.

Strong organization, communication skills, and a customer-service mindset are essential. Entry-level candidates are welcome; you will gain hands-on experience in interviewing, candidate engagement, and HR

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, Psychology, Communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent education and relevant experience will be considered.
• Internship or up to two years of experience in recruiting, Human Resources, administration, customer service, or a related field preferred.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS) or HRIS preferred.

• Coordinate daily recruiting activities, maintaining job openings, candidate pipelines, and hiring processes.
• Create and post job openings through ATS, company career site, and other platforms.
• Review applications and resumes to identify suitable candidates.
• Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews and communicate results to hiring managers.
• Schedule interviews and manage candidate communications.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, job requisitions, and recruiting information in the ATS.
• Assist with opening, updating, and closing job postings and requisitions.
• Support pre-employment activities and onboarding communications.
• Contribute to welcoming and organized new-hire experiences.
