Job summary

Pollard Charitable Games Group is seeking an Entry-Level Human Resources Specialist to gain hands-on experience across recruiting, onboarding, benefits, training, and compliance. You will own recruitment for designated entities and collaborate with hiring managers, employees, and HR leadership across multiple locations.

The role offers broad exposure to the employee lifecycle and HR operations, with travel to company locations as needed and a strong foundation for a career in human resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, organizational leadership, psychology or related field.
• Internship, campus leadership or 0-2 years HR-related experience preferred.
• Familiarity with HRIS or applicant tracking systems.
• Interest in SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication with professional interaction.
• Ability to travel to company locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own and coordinate full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
• Manage postings, ATS, and candidate pipelines.
• Conduct screening interviews and recommend candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Prepare offer letters and assist with background checks and onboarding.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding and employee offboarding processes.
• Support benefits programs, training, and compliance activities.
• Travel to company locations by air and car as needed.
