Qualifications

• An Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Human Services, or related field; and two years of customer service, office administrative experience, or equivalent education and experience.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Must be organized, detail-oriented and able to manage confidential information with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for career postings, onboarding, confidential HR files, and systems.
• Manage background screening & pre-employment processes; respond to employee questions.
• Serve as primary point of contact for Freshdesk and HR inbox; address HR needs.
