Become a part of our Human Resources team in this entry level position! CVOEO seeks a full-time motivated Human Resources Employment Administrator with a passion for our mission.
Human Resources Employment Administrator: You will have the opportunity to provide administrative support in a variety of areas including career postings, onboarding, maintaining confidential HR files and systems, managing background screening & preemployment processes, answering employee questions, and other administrative duties as needed. This position is the primary point person for Freshdesk and the HR inbox and works to address the agency’s Human Resources needs.
This is a hybrid position located in Burlington VT. The starting pay range is $24.92 – 26.63 / hour.
Requirements: An Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Human Services, or related field; and two years of customer service, office administrative experience, or equivalent education and experience. Effective verbal and written communication skills required; bilingual abilities are a plus. Must be well organized, detailed, proficient at prioritizing, able to adhere to simultaneous deadlines and able to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
