Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year of hotel sales, hospitality, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
• Experience with Delphi.fdc/Amadeus CRM, Microsoft Office Suite, and hotel PMS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all sales-related duties for groups, corporate accounts, and catering business.
• Sell, coordinate, and service meeting space for clients, ensuring events are executed flawlessly.
• Answer telephone inquiries in a timely and courteous manner, gathering information to direct calls.
• Act as a liaison between the hotel sales office, operations, and clients.
• Check hotel availability and inventory for potential group business.
• Enter new business/groups into the hotel PMS system.
• Maintain organized records of all accounts and ensure information is distributed to hotel personnel promptly.
• Maintain files and sales databases according to company standards.
• Assist with preparation and execution of hotel site inspections.
• Ensure efficient communication of group and meeting needs to hotel operations staff.
• Follow-up on special projects and assignments given by the Director of Sales and Area Sales Manager.
