Job summary

Kimpton Hotel Monaco Pittsburgh is seeking a Sales and Catering Coordinator to provide essential administrative support to the Sales & Catering team and ensure smooth client communications.

You will draft contracts, prepare reports, coordinate site visits and events, and assist with marketing collateral, while upholding brand standards in a boutique Pittsburgh setting. A high level of organization and familiarity with Delphi/Salesforce is preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to read, analyze, and interpret business materials and present information
• Proven organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with hotel sales platforms (Delphi/Salesforce, Opera, Passkey) preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• One to two years related experience or equivalent education/training

Responsibilities

• Support daily administrative operations for the Sales & Catering team, including documents, reports, calls, and internal communications
• Maintain Delphi/Salesforce database with up-to-date client records, opportunities, activities, and reports
• Draft and format contracts, proposals, and BEOs per brand standards
• Prepare and distribute weekly/monthly sales reports and pipeline updates
• Coordinate site inspections, client visits, sales trips, and promotional events
• Assist Marketing with collateral inventory and print/digital materials
