Job summary

ZMC Hotels, LLC is seeking an Area Sales Coordinator to support the Area Sales Manager for two Pittsburgh Harmarville properties. You will handle lead management, sales proposals, contracts, client communications, and event coordination to ensure accurate sales records and timely follow-up.

Responsibilities include coordinating site tours, preparing BEOs and group sheets, and supporting weekly and monthly sales reporting.

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming sales inquiries by phone, email, and brand channels with timely follow-up.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, rate agreements, group resumes, and other sales documents.
• Maintain accurate client information and sales activity in CRM systems.
• Assist with lead management by qualifying inquiries and tracking follow-up.
