You will greet visitors, demonstrate models, address objections, document transactions, and track loan progress, options, and construction. The role emphasizes professional conduct, building rapport with customers and realtors, and adherence to quality standards.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or 2 years related experience required.
• Must possess a vehicle, valid driver’s license, and ability to drive day or night.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email; ability to use DRH Sales applications on mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify visitors.
• Demonstrate models/homes/home sites.
• Overcome sales objections; close for the sale.
• Document the transaction.
• Track progress of loan, options and construction.
• Respond to customer requests for information.
• Document cancellations.
• Maintain lot and sales files.
• Monitor models and sales office for disclosures, supplies, repairs, etc.
• Develop rapport with prospective customers, realtors, and team members.
• Execute policies to ensure compliance with quality standards.
