Job summary

Hero is seeking a Home Comfort & Services Representative to perform residential plumbing and electrical evaluations and recommend solutions for homeowners. You will build trust with customers, educate them on options, and present honest recommendations with licensed professionals.

Training is provided, including classroom and on-the-job coaching, and hours will count toward plumbing or electrical licensing.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
Trade school graduates encouraged to apply.
Experience in residential service, maintenance, home services, or related roles is a plus.
Able to lift 50 pounds and work in various residential environments.
Willing to learn and grow professionally.

Responsibilities

Perform residential evaluations of plumbing and electrical systems.
Build trust and establish relationships with homeowners through exceptional customer service.
Educate customers on system conditions, repair options, and preventive maintenance.
Present value-driven recommendations to meet customers' needs.
Document service findings accurately and professionally.
Collaborate with dispatch and staff to ensure outstanding customer experiences.
Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and professional appearance.
Follow safety procedures and applicable codes and standards.
