Hero Home Services seeks a Home Comfort & Services Representative to perform annual plumbing and/or electrical evaluations and recommend solutions for residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

Success comes from building trust with homeowners, clear communication, and helping customers understand the best options for their home needs. Training will be provided (classroom & on-the-job) to develop technical skills.

A Home Comfort & Services Representative at Hero is responsible for performing members annual plumbing and/or electrical evaluations and recommending solutions for residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Success in this role starts with the ability to build trust with homeowners, communicate clearly, and help customers understand the best solutions for their home needs. Technical aptitude is important but technical skills will be provided through internal training (classroom & on-the-job training)

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working directly with customers, solving problems, and creating exceptional experiences.
