Qualifications

• Accredited education in heavy equipment repair or 1 year of related experience.
• Owns a sufficient selection of hand and air/electric tools to complete most repairs.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Follow a consistent schedule of preventative maintenance on all Herc owned fleet.
• Operate and test equipment to ensure it meets quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on fleet equipment under supervision.
• Enter work orders and order parts via fleet management system.
• Produce timely service reports and repair logs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
