Clinical Management Consultants is seeking an entry-level Healthcare Recruiter to join our downtown San Francisco team. This onsite role focuses on building relationships with hospitals and health systems, sourcing nurse leadership candidates, and coordinating interviews.

You’ll learn consultative business development and full-cycle recruiting while contributing to a fast-paced, team-driven environment with opportunities for growth.

Clinical Management Consultants is excited to welcome a full-time Entry Level Healthcare Recruiter to our collaborative team in downtown San Francisco. You’ll support searches for nurse leadership professionals, including Managers, Directors, and Chief Nursing Officers, while learning how strategic recruitment can strengthen care teams, improve patient outcomes, and support organizational success.In this role, you will develop relationships with healthcare clients and candidates while gaining experience in consultative business development and full-cycle recruiting.
