Job summary

Datavant is seeking an entry-level ROI processing associate to be onsite in Normal, IL. You will handle medical record requests, review documents for completeness, and prepare secure deliveries to patients, providers, or authorized parties. The role emphasizes HIPAA compliance and accurate data handling.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• HIPAA familiarity preferred.
• Experience with EPIC is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process requests for patient health information in accordance with policies.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of privileged information.
• Prepare new patient charts and gather documents from paper or electronic sources.
• Ensure records are accurate, complete and securely delivered.
• Respond to requests from internal and external sources in a timely manner.
