Job summary

Datavant, a healthcare data collaboration platform, is hiring an ROI Associate to process medical records requests with speed and accuracy while safeguarding patient privacy under HIPAA. This role requires 75% or more travel and is suitable for someone with HIM experience.

You will receive and process requests for patient health information, maintain confidentiality, work with electronic health records, and assist with related administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year Health Information related experience.
• Willingness to travel 75%+ locally/regionally.
• Detail- and quality-oriented for medical records.
• Strong data entry and communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process requests for patient health information.
• Maintain confidentiality and security with all privileged information.
• Handle electronic health records and prepare new patient charts.
• Respond to patient record requests from internal and external sources.
• Assist with administrative duties as needed.
