Datavant is seeking an entry-level ROI Clerk to process medical records requests accurately and efficiently while safeguarding patient privacy. This onsite role focuses on HIPAA compliance and timely release of information for various healthcare partners in Arkansas.

You will handle patient records, utilize multiple software platforms, and coordinate with facilities to ensure complete, compliant documentation.

Formación

• Knowledge of HIPAA and medical terminology required.
• Familiar with different EHR and Billing Systems.
• Experience working with subpoenas is a bonus.

Responsabilidades

• Process requests for patient health information in accordance with policies.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
• Maintain working knowledge of facility software and systems.
• Adhere to conduct policies and report issues to management.
• Prepare patient charts and ensure records are accurate and complete.
• Respond to requests for records from internal and external sources.
