Job summary

Datavant, the data collaboration platform, is seeking an entry-level ROI specialist in Riverton, Utah to process medical records requests accurately while protecting patient privacy. This role emphasizes HIPAA compliance, confidentiality, and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle requests by phone and mail, document information across multiple systems, and help maintain electronic health records with attention to detail and security.

Qualifications

• Receive and process ROI requests in accordance with policies and HIPAA rules.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of patient information.
• Maintain working knowledge of facility software and systems.
• Adhere to Code of Conduct and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Process patient health information requests promptly and accurately.
• Respond to inbound calls and coordinate with internal teams as needed.
• Prepare new patient charts and assemble records in standard order.
• Create digital images of paperwork for electronic medical records.
• Ensure privacy regulations are consistently applied.
• Support additional duties and workload fluctuations as required.
