Katapult Network is seeking an entry-level Health Services Representative to assist employees with benefits, enrollment, and related health services. You will coordinate enrollment, maintain records, and act as a liaison among employees, managers, consultants, and providers.

Responsibilities

• Assist employees with questions about benefits, enrollment, eligibility, and resources.
• Coordinate benefit enrollment and status changes while helping employees understand next steps.
• Enter and maintain enrollment information within benefit, payroll, and vendor systems.
• Serve as a point of contact between employees, managers, consultants, and benefit providers.
• Review enrollment information and help identify or resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate employee benefit records and documentation.
• Complete routine audits to ensure benefit enrollments and carrier information are accurate.
• Track requests and follow up with employees or internal teams to ensure items are completed.
• Review benefit and enrollment information to support regular reporting.
• Communicate updates, issues, and needed actions to managers and team members.
• Provide administrative support to Benefits, Workers Compensation, and Safety teams.
• Assist with projects designed to improve internal processes, systems, and employee support.
• Build knowledge of benefit programs and enrollment processes through ongoing training.
