Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• No prior healthcare experience required.
• Experience in benefits, enrollment, or HR systems is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist employees with questions about benefits, enrollment, eligibility, and resources.
• Coordinate benefit enrollment and status changes for employees.
• Enter and maintain enrollment information in benefit, payroll, and vendor systems accurately.
• Serve as a point of contact between employees, managers, consultants, and benefit providers.
• Identify discrepancies in enrollment information and resolve them.
• Maintain accurate employee benefit records and documentation.
• Complete routine audits for benefit enrollments and insurance carrier data.
• Track requests and follow up to complete items.
• Support regular reporting on benefits and enrollments.
• Communicate updates and actions to managers and team members.
• Provide administrative support to Benefits, Workers Compensation, and Safety teams.
• Assist with projects to improve internal processes and systems.
• Build knowledge of benefit programs through ongoing training.

The Job:

We are currently seeking an entry-level Health Services Representative to join a growing team and help employees navigate benefits, enrollment, and other health-related services. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates who enjoy helping people, staying organized, and working with information and systems.

In this role, you'll serve as a resource for employees with questions about benefits and enrollment while also supporting the administrative processes that keep these programs running smoothly. You'll communicate with employees, managers, and outside partners, maintain accurate benefit information, and help coordinate enrollment and other day-to-day requests. Previous professional experience in healthcare or benefits is not required.

What You Will Be Doing as a Health Services Representative:

• Assist employees with questions about benefits, enrollment, eligibility, and available resources
• Coordinate benefit enrollment and status changes while helping employees understand next steps
• Accurately enter and maintain enrollment information within benefit, payroll, and vendor systems
• Serve as a point of contact between employees, managers, consultants, and benefit providers
• Review enrollment information and help identify or resolve discrepancies
• Maintain accurate employee benefit records and documentation
• Complete routine audits to help ensure benefit enrollments and insurance carrier information are accurate
• Track requests and follow up with employees or internal teams to make sure outstanding items are completed
• Review benefit and enrollment information to support regular reporting
• Communicate updates, issues, and needed actions to managers and other team members
• Provide administrative support to Benefits, Workers Compensation, and Safety teams
• Assist with projects designed to improve internal processes, systems, and employee support
• Build knowledge of benefit programs, enrollment processes, and company systems through ongoing training
