Job summary

SIG SAUER, Inc. in New Hampshire is seeking a Service & Repair Technician I to review, repair, and upgrade customer firearms returned for service.

You will perform standard assembly procedures and work both independently and with teammates in a cross-functional environment including Engineering and Customer Service. The ideal candidate has a High School diploma or equivalent, basic assembly experience, and the ability to follow procedures while ensuring quality and safety in a manufacturing

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Entry-level position with typically no prior work experience.
• Ability to assemble firearms and understand basic assembly tasks.
• Knowledge of up to 3 product platforms helpful.
• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook.
• Clear, concise communication in English with supervision.

Responsibilities

• Process work orders in Oracle and Agile.
• Tear down and assemble SIG firearms.
• Follow all department procedures and safety rules.
• Participate in 5S workplace organization and sustainment activities.
• Engage in continuous improvement projects.
• Occasional overtime or shift changes as needed.
• Regular on-site attendance is required.
