Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required; ideal majors include Business, Finance, Sales or related field.
• 1 year or more of customer facing sales experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance, with satisfactory driving record.
• Willingness and ability to relocate for promotion into a Branch Manager role; relocation package provided for moves >50 miles.

Responsibilities

• Assist and train under the ABM in branch operations and sales.
• Learn to evaluate loan applications, perform risk analysis, and assist in credit decisions.
• Support recruiting and training efforts and help promote sales goals while ensuring a strong customer experience.
