Job summary

Focus Consulting is seeking field crew members for long-term careers in construction staking and surveying. You will learn new skills, advance your career, and contribute to a collaborative team. No prior experience required; comprehensive training provided.

Responsibilities include surveying with total stations and GPS, data collection, and collaborating with engineers to establish property boundaries. Overtime available; Monday–Friday schedule in Utah/Idaho offices.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather.
• Willing to learn surveying and staking with training provided.
• Reliable transportation to Midvale office.
• Commitment to 40-60 hour weeks with overtime eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Mark land boundaries with stakes and markers.
• Operate GPS and total station equipment to collect data.
• Prepare survey maps and notes for project teams.
• Coordinate with project managers and engineers on site.
• Ensure safety and quality during fieldwork.
