MORRIS & RITCHIE ASSOCIATES, INC. Qualifications

• Entry level survey field technician role supporting crews.
• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors.
• Understanding of construction plans and stakeout preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Uses tape, chains, sight rods, surveying and GPS instruments to conduct surveys.
• Creates field sketches to record engineering data.
• Operates truck and maintains survey equipment and tools.
• Assists crew chief and property line surveyor to accomplish goals.
