Westfalia Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform maintenance, installation, and basic troubleshooting on automated equipment.

You will work both in-house and at customer sites, expanding independence as skills grow, with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction. The position requires 1–3 years of automation or industrial maintenance experience, with hands-on training and travel to customer locations.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in automation, industrial maintenance, electrical/mechanical systems, or a related field.
• Technical schooling or vocational training with relevant coursework is preferred.
• Foundational mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to learn diagnostic tools and schematics, and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on Westfalia equipment.
• Assist with inspections, diagnostics, adjustments, and service activities under guidance.
• Coordinate service with customers and internal teams; complete service reports and orders.
• Travel to customer sites and work on-site; maintain professional customer relationships.
