A leading automation solutions provider is seeking a Field Service Technician to optimize industrial automation and packaging equipment. This role involves servicing and upgrading systems, training clients, and ensuring operational efficiency while maintaining a minimum of 75% travel. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in electromechanical systems, excellent communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. A focus on safety and a valid driver's license are essential for this opportunity.

Qualifications

• Experience with electromechanical, pneumatic or hydraulic equipment.
• Ability to interpret electrical, mechanical, pneumatic schematics.
• Valid US passport and up-to-date state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage uptime by proactively identifying and addressing customers’ challenges.
• Train customers on the equipment.
• Provide technical phone support for troubleshooting.

Skills

Proven work experience as a field service technician
