The ideal candidate will manage customer relationships, provide technical support, and troubleshoot equipment. Expect substantial travel (over 75%), and a strong background in electromechanical systems is essential. Candidates should possess an associate degree in mechanical or electrical fields and be prepared to engage in consultative selling for enhanced client service.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a field service technician with electromechanical, pneumatic or hydraulic equipment.
• Ability to interpret electrical, mechanical, pneumatic schematics.
• Valid US passport and up-to-date state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage uptime by proactively identify and address customers’ challenges.
• Advise and train customers on the equipment.
• Audit equipment and provide recommendations to optimize uptime.
• Promote health and safety to mitigate risks and safety issues.
